Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern your use of the Bikerlink mobile application and related services provided by Bikerlink AS ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using Bikerlink, you agree to these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Bikerlink, you accept these Terms of Use in full. If you do not agree, you must not use the app.
2. User Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@bikerlink.app if you suspect unauthorized use. You must be at least 13 years old to use the service.
3. Permitted Use
Bikerlink is a platform for discovering and organizing motorcycle meetups worldwide. You agree to use the service lawfully, respect other users, only publish events that actually take place, and not misuse the service for spam, fraud, or harmful content.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of content you publish. You grant Bikerlink a limited, royalty-free license to display and distribute your content within the service. We may remove content that violates these terms without notice.
5. Safety and Liability
Bikerlink is an information platform and is not responsible for the execution of events, accidents, injuries, or losses arising from motorcycle meetups found through the app. All participation is at your own risk.
6. Premium Subscriptions
Bikerlink Premium is an optional auto-renewable subscription:
- Monthly: NOK 79/month — auto-renews every month
- Yearly: NOK 499/year — auto-renews every year
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase.
7. Termination
You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Delete Account in the app. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Disputes shall be resolved in Oslo, Norway, subject to mandatory consumer protection laws.
